I have taken a few Spanish language exams here in Madrid and they really want you to know vocabulary! Depending on your level, (I was taking the DELE C1) they want you to know words that even native speakers don’t know! So, I’m going to provide you with a series of blog posts and videos that explain certain vocabulary that will help you in your exam.

The biggest thing to know here is this:

We use work as a verb and job as a noun.

I do my job well.

I work as an English teacher.

My job is an English teacher.

I am an English teacher.

I teach English.
